ProdoPy: An Open-Source Python Program for Calculating the Results of NMR Experiments

The NMR product operator formalism provides a simple analytical approach as well as in-depth information and details for the development, modification, and optimization of new and existing NMR experiments. The NMR Product Operator formalism using Python (ProdoPy) program can simulate weakly coupled spin-½ systems and any NMR pulse sequences, including selective and nonselective pulses, gradient selection, and decoupling.
ProdoPy is freely available and exclusively uses Python open-source language and libraries.
